According to T-fal, this ceramic non-stick 3-piece frypan was made to meet the demands of a creative and inspiring kitchen, featuring a seamless edge-to-edge ceramic non-stick coating with timeless stainless-steel handles for modern taste. They claim you will “experience an ultra-smooth gliding surface for effortless cooking and clean-up with Inoceram Glide Technology, our best-in-class ceramic non-stick coating”.
In our video review (above) we would say that is definitely the case but do wonder how well it will hold up and continue to perform. The jury is out long-term but for now the coating does work very well.
TFal also claims that the surface is 20x harder than T-fal’s basic non-stick coating. Hopefully, that is the case as our old TFal non-stick coated pans are flaking off after 3 years of use.
